The Hooded Merganser Walkout villa has three levels. The main level hosts a great room which has a dining area that is open to the kitchen. Two queen size bedrooms with a full bath are also located on the main floor. This level has sleeping facilities for ten plus two full size chairs that convert into child size futons. The loft area features 4 twin beds and a 3/4 bath. A stairway off the great room leads to the lower level which can be locked to divide the lower level off as separate rental space. The lower walkout level features it own living, dining and kitchen area along with two queen size bedrooms. The walkout level has sleeping facilities for eight including the two full size chairs that convert into child size futons.
